New Wheelchair

My is Skylar Weitzel. I have a disease called vhl Von hippel lindau. And finally got really bad about 9 years ago. It causes me to have tumors in my brain, eye's, spine and kidneys. I also have double vision. While I was on the surgery table having removing a brain tumor drained. I had a stroke on the table and that caused a lot of my disability as well as my double vision my balance is not as good as well as it was before all of this happening. I have had a donated wheelchair for the Last 5 Years. I cannot afford to get a new one. That's why I need your help! I have not had of a new wheelchair since I got sick about 8 year ago. The one that I have right now is falling apart and not built for me. I have random bolts falling out and random things falling apart every so often. I am on a very slim budget. I am 32 years old, young, skinny man. A lot of people I go pass in a electric wheelchair at the store I get people who think I am faking. I need to get this specific wheelchair that will help with my upper body strength. This would help me keep my strength and my core. Anything would HELP!
