Brandon French Fundraiser

Brandon French was severely assaulted Friday 7/28/2017 and suffered several facial fractures, severely bruised lungs, and a broken left leg. His left leg required a tedious operation due to both bones (tibia/fibula) being broke into so many different pieces; after this surgery he required a second complicated and painful surgery where 6 metal facial plates were surgically placed to bring his facial bones back together. Due to the inability to maintain his own airway due to the numerous facial fractures, he had to have a tracheotomy in the operating room and will have his jaw wired shut for 8 weeks and is only allowed a liquid diet. He was air lifted from Plentywood to Billings to the Trauma Center, spent 3.5 days in ICU, and the remainder of days spent in the inpatient surgical unit requiring daily physical therapy, speech therapy, and coordination of care between General Surgery, Ortho, Pulmonary, ENT, and Trauma Surgery. Brandon's fiancé and him have both been out of work for over a week and with Brandon's extensive injuries he will not be able to work for a very long time.
