Ezra's Fight

Many of you may have seen the story on the news of my niece Amanda Saldana and her son Ezra who were involved in a tragic accident where my niece lost her life and has left Ezra in a semi conscious coma. He suffered a brain injury which will require extensive medical care and therapy. There have been so many people that have reached out asking how they can help. Offsetting the financial burden that comes with this type of situation is one way that I believe would provide a lot of relief for Ezra's father Kory. Not only did we lose my niece but now the family is being faced with loss of her income and Kory having to stay at the hospital is resulting in a loss of income for him as well. The expenses are just beginning and the obvious mounting medical expenses that insurance does not cover. Knowing that some of these expenses are covered will be one huge burden taken off of his shoulders so that he can focus on what’s most important…Ezra's care and needs. No amount is too small. Kory, Lisa, Sal, Sabrina, Liam and the entire family are so grateful for all the prayers and emotional support they have already received and would be equally grateful for any financial support. I also wanted to extend a special thank you to everyone that helped during the emergency. Their caring and expertise made all the difference. In addition to the medical personnel mentioned above, the family would also like to thank the individuals the day of the accident who acted immediately at the scene and saw to Ezra's care and saved his life.
