Terra Nunley Medical Care Fund

Terra Nunley is a beautiful sweet child who is loving and kind. She was born with a rare congenital disorder called Apert syndrome. It is a syndrome where the bones in her head were fused (craniosyndostosis) along with her fingers and toes being fused (syndcatyly). Terra was also born with completely fused elbows (she is 1 in a billion) and cannot bend her arms to feed herself or in the future to do simple task that you and I take for granted. But even with these odds terra-dactyl thrives today.
She has had one major cranial vault expansion; however she still has to have a second more dangerous lifesaving cranial surgery, and her fingers released this year. She will have to have multiple cosmetic procedures throughout her young life and into her adult life. Terra stands great odds of being able to not only survive but to thrive throughout her life and be a productive contributing member to society.
We do not qualify for any government assistance to help with Terra's medical expenses due to income level and due to a job loss have to pay for COBRA ins and all out of pocket expenses. Terra has BCBS of TN and it is a very good plan

with a $6000.00 deductible that we have met. This is important especially with the new high deductible Obama Care. Her remaining surgical procedures this year are covered. We are not looking for a hand out but rather a hand up to ensure our sweet little girls future.
