Medical expenses for John

On January 31, 2018, our friend and co-worker John Dzwilewski suffered a serious cardiac event which has resulted in his hospitalization. Additionally, his treatment and care required that he be transported to Salt Lake City to ensure he is receiving the best care possible. We know this event will be very difficult to deal with from an emotional and medical aspect. We would like to reduce the financial stress by establishing this Go Fund Me campaign. These funds will help with medical expenses, travel, lost wages and other financial stresses from this event. Any contributions are greatly appreciated.

February 4, 2020 - This morning we received the news that John was in Salt Lake City, preparing for a heart transplant.  We are very excited by this news and praying for John, his family and the wonderful medical staff that have been taking care of our friend!  We are also updating this GoFundMe campaign to assist John and his family with some of the medical expenses.  John's insurance will cover the hospital procedure and stay, but he is required to stay in the Salt Lake City area for an addition 6 months post surgery.  This cost is not covered by insurance and I'm sure John and his family would love the support.  Please share with those who know John and would like an update or would like to contribute.
