Gma's Puppy Sophie Needs Surgery!

Sophie is a 9 month old maltipoo/yorky mix and she needs surgery to repair a tendon on her knee. She has so much energy but she has trouble walking and playing because the tendon comes out of it's groove and limits her mobility. It's uncomfortable and painful when it happens. The surgery she needs is called "patellar luxation repair".


My grandma lost her dog, Kody, after 17 years together earlier this year and decided after some time that a new puppy was just what she needed. She's only had Sophie for a few months, but has fallen madly in love with her!! And it's clear that Sophie loves her just as much!

My grandma is on social security with very limited funds. She can't pay for this on her own! She's an awesome person and really deserves the help. Sophie will be disabled for the rest of her life if this surgery doesn't happen, and she's just a pup!
