Help Suzanne Beat Cancer
June 8th, 2017 my sister Suzanne was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. July 5th she had surgery to remove part of her rectum. August 1st she met with her oncologist to discuss her treatment plan. She'll begin her treatment mid August starting with 3 months of FolFox (chemotherapy) followed by 5 weeks of radiation. A CAT scan will then be performed to make sure her body is responding appropriately. Due to Suzanne's age of 36 this cancer is typically not found in someone her age; particularly with no immediate family history. She was dealt this card and there's no doubt she'll beat it.
