Frito's Medical Fund

I know I have no right to ask this, and I wouldn't if it were for me personally. I debated this for a while, but I guess it never hurts to swallow your pride. Bear with me..it's very detailed..
Sunday, February 11: Frito was "normal" all day. That evening, he only nibbled his food (he normally tries to eat anything in sight, thanks to his diabetes). Didn't want to move very much. No snuggles. Only got up to drink (a lot) of water. Gave him just half his normal dose of insulin.
Monday, February 12: Much of the same thing. A bit less active. Still not very interested in food. I checked him on my lunch break. Thought maybe it was his food, so I got some new stuff. Only half his normal dose both am & pm.
Tuesday, February 13: Went to the vet first thing. They checked him out (no ketones), took blood samples, and prescribed an anti-nausea medicine. He ate a bit after the vet visit and a bit more at night. Half dose am & full dose pm.
Wednesday, February 14: Not moving much. Not really interested in food. (No am insulin) The vet called with his results. Everything came back ok, except it looked like his pancreatic levels were elevated, indicating pancreatitis. Checked on him at lunch (same.), got pain killers and a food enticer from the vet. After work, I found him laying in my closet. Still very lethargic. I gave him his meds, but he just kind of flopped in my arms. I laid him down and for the next 30 minutes, he did nothing. Just stared at the wall, no matter how I messed with him. It was much too early for the meds to have sedated him. He was rushed to the emergency center. They ran tests. Since becoming diabetic again, it's been a struggle to get his glucose levels under control, which isn't unusual in the first few months. However, that helped trigger the pancreatitis, which in turn helped to elevate his ketone levels. He became dehydrated very quickly. They kept him overnight, gave him a catheter, iv fluids, an insulin drip, more tests. He's doing slightly better, as in he's not completely catatonic. He's not very interactive, though. I had to take him to his vet for the day, then back again to the EC tonight. Likely, I'll have to do this for several days.
So far, I've spent nearly $2,000 in 2 days. I'm in the process of looking for a night/weekend job, because prior to this, finances were super tight. I've about hit my limit on 2 credit cards, and I've opened a Care Credit, which should help a bit, if I manage to get the balance paid off in 6 months. I know some of you won't understand why I'd go through this, spend so much on a cat. But if you take away anything from this: I will do anything in my power to get Frito better. He is my everything. I've gotten through so much over the last nearly 9 years, because he's been by my side. I don't think I can do life without him right now. I need this boy.

Ways to help:
Share
Pray (I'm not religious, but I won't deny a prayer)
Donate, if you can.
Job suggestions that will work with my current schedule.
Anything else you might think of.

Thank you all so much. Please don't judge me too harshly. I'll do everything I can to pay you pack, make it up to you, whatever I can. <3
