In Need Of Emergency Surgery

I don't normally ask for anything, I'm in need of emergency surgery. I curently need a back stimulator. This is my 4th back surgery and we are hoping this will work. I have been out of work since January 23 2017 and still out until I get the device put in my back, plus I will have to wait a year or 6 months to be completely recovered. My bills are stacking up and we are sinking in bills. I can't have the surgery until I pay the 6700.00 that it cost for my co pay. My wife works her butt off while I struggle to do day to day things. I have six kids that I we have to take care of to. Please if u could donate and help i will be forever grateful.
