Amazing Family Needs Help!!!

Ok, here goes. I have this AMAZING baby sister (she's 36 but 10 years younger than me), and she has this AMAZING family. She was told years ago she couldn't have children after many treatments were performed. They love God and prayed for their family. God blessed them with my oldest nephew, Liam, adopted from Vietnam at 19 months. A few years later, God blessed them again with my second nephew, Cullen, adopted from Ethiopia at 8 months. Their little family was complete...or so they thought. God had other plans and my sister conceived and delivered my niece, Kaia, who will be 5 this December. The Drs said it was impossible. Well, my sister is now 2 weeks from delivering another sweet baby girl. They were in no way prepared for another baby financially. I think they have all the basics, but here's where you all come in. Their little girl, Kaia, is having surgery today and their old van broke down on the side of the road. My husband went to get them and get them to the hospital so that is fine. They have known the van needs replaced but have zero funds to put towards replacing it. I'm asking for whatever people can give. If you can't give, please share this campaign. I've never done this before but I've donated multiple times to others' campaigns. I've sadly helped bury 5 people in the past 2 years that had no life ins. I sponsor surviving preemies in walkathons in memory of my daughter who didn't survive. I helped a young cancer survivor get compression sleeves so she could continue her career as an artist and the list goes on. I'm not bragging, just painting a picture. We're a good family and we help people. Now we need help and I'm humbly asking for whatever you can do. This family invited me into their home to live, for nearly a year, with my teenage daughter because the mobile home we lived in was destroyed by flooding. These are good people. They help everybody. Let's help them. Oh and one last thing, my sister has been on bed rest most of her pregnancy. I'm setting the goal high in hopes they can get something new but whatever is donated will be their budget for a new vehicle for their soon-to-be family of 6!!! Thank you and sorry this was so long.
