Jesus Celis Jr. Farewell

Jesus Celis Jr., a father, a friend, and just an amazing person at heart, has moved to a more peaceful place.
Although, he is with us in heart, he was in a car accident on July 29, 2017. He collided with a parked 18- wheeler on I-30 and Big Town Blvd. heading eastbound, at about 3 am. Most likely headed to his home in Mesquite, TX. Jesus Celis Jr., born and raised in East Dallas, Tx., is remembered by his family for all the love he introduced into their lives. His legacy is the strength of his family. His passion for the Dallas Cowboys and the love for his family is the strength that has held them together during this hard time.
With a heavy heart, his family feels he has prepared them well for his departure. Since they can recall, he has hosted family gatherings to bring them together and watch the Dallas Cowboys game. It was in these family gatherings that he has shown them how to love each other no matter what. Soon, the teaching to his family started growing to his friends and everyone he knew. He always welcomed EVERYONE!!
He is full of love and full of life. He hesitated to take, but was quick to give. He was a busy man, but yet always spared time. He always had a helping hand, and a shoulder to lean on. He was strong but knew how to be kind. He was a beloved friend, a great companion, a devoted father, and he was the heart and soul of our family. He will be missed by many due to the unimaginable amount of hearts he touched, because he was a light. But with that being said, we are saddened without his presence, but we are still enlightened by his spirit. For in us he lives, and the memories he left us with, will be ours and yours to treasure forever.
