Jacob's Medical Expenses

Jacob and his wife Sarah took their two beautiful children to the Nashville Zoo Sunday November 5th. What was supposed to be a wonderful day quickly turned into a nightmare for their family. Jacob started having chest pains in the car on the way back home so, they rushed to the ER. Within just a few short hours of being there Jacob went into cardiac arrest and had to recieve CPR and be shocked back to life.  Jacob is currently stable at Vanderbilt Medical, but the worst isn't over yet. They still don't have answers as to what is causing this.  His lab values are still abnormal and the cardiologist team still haven't figured out what is going on .  As most of you know Jacob is a healthy 36 year old, with a wife and 2 adorable kids (Travis and Avery). They have never asked for a handout and have always done everything in their power to help others.  I am setting up this gofund me in an effort to help them cover the cost of their medical expenses while being there (which is still unclear how long that will be), to cover the out of pocket cost's of meds, and to ease the financial stress at this time time.
