A little over a year ago, June 2016, Cedric (Swole) was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma resulting in multiple hospitalizations, 3 (back) compression fractures, and kidney failure. That month, life changed as we knew it. The liveliest most active person I knew, went from lying flat and not being able to move for almost a month, to current day of being back on the golf course. After radiation treatments, a year of chemo, countless procedures, still many ill days, lots of sleepless nights, prayer, and constant love, the time has come for Stem Cell Transplant; in hopes of remission from this form of cancer. Within the next few days, or weeks, he will have a date and begin, what we pray, will be the beginning of the end of bad days; and a life back to a new normal. Support is needed, as these life extending measures are extremely costly and physically & mentally challenging. Everyone that knows Swole, knows his heart and soul is the purest of pure. He never meets a stranger, smiles unconditionally, loves the kids and giving back, and has a genuine will for the survival of all mankind. During such a compromising time, Cedric (Swole) and his family will need the financial support, prayers, and assistance of any kind, from family and friends.
