Edward T Needs Surgery

Hello Friends. I'm having surgery on the 24th. It turns out that I still have other co-pays after the surgery - operating room, anesthesiologist, hospital stay, other related incidentals - and my out of pocket costs (including the $900) will total $3000.00.

I have already paid the surgeon the $900.00 up-front co-pay, thanks to you. I'm scheduled for the 24th of this month.

So, I'm raising the ceiling on the contribution amounts and extending the amount of time to help. Thanks in advance.
