College Expenses for Evelyn's Son

Hi my name is Evelyn Hemphill. I am fundraising in an effort to take my life back from the ugly hands of Domestic Violence. I have a child and my child's life has been impacted also. I am a survivor of Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence from a abusive marriage. I am also a victim of financial crimes committed by Officers of the Court in the State of South Carolina. I have been fighting for custody since 2009. I have been representing myself Pro Se (Self Representation) since 2018. I had no choice. I've spent over $100,000 and still no Justice. Through all of the pain and agony of fighting for Justice my child is ready to go to college and I'm broke now. If there is anyway anyone can give a donation to help me to help my child to become a successful adult, it would be greatly appreciated. There was no lawyer in America that would help me to fight this case. A few lawyers have told me to just go on with my life but I refuse to do so. I am fighting so that people will really see what happens in our Family Court Systems. I am fighting for countless people whose lives have been destroyed because of Family Court. I would also like to get my life back on track after all of this. I came very close to becoming homeless because of this court case. God sent me a lifeline and that didn't happen. I fought through Family Court in South Carolina and lost. I filed an Appeal in the South Carolina Court of Appeals. I lost the Appeal because of a technical error. I am currently fighting in the Supreme Court of South Carolina. I am an essential worker that is refusing to allow the system to abuse me after I've survived abuse from my ex spouse.
