Knee Surgery

I recently got into an accident and messed my knee up pretty bad. My doctor referred me to a specialist to get an MRI done and I got the results back yesterday. I was told I tore my ACL completely and the maniscus was also torn. They told me surgery will be needed sooner than later and I can not afford all of it with out putting myself into a hole I can’t get out of. I can not run or climb at all. My leg stays swollen and hurts to bend I can’t get comfortable when sleeping. I really wanted to get this surgery to be normal again so any help would be greatly appreciated.
