Deon's Medical Fund

Deon Turner, beloved GHS alum and friend to all who know him, passed out on July 5, 2017, while waiting in line to pay a bill.  The fall fractured vertebrae in his neck, causing paralysis of his right side.  He has undergone surgery which has restored some movement in his left side.  After spending weeks at NEGMC, he has now been moved to Shepherd Spinal Center in Atlanta for further rehabilitation.

Deon has good insurance but will still face staggering medical bills.  There may also  be a need to make structural changes to his home to allow him to move about when he gets home. Friends of Deon want to help him focus on getting well and not having to worry about bills. He is always the first one to call in a time of need.  It is time for his friends to return the love.

Please also pray for Deon and his family as they pitch in to care for him. His sister, Berlinda, is handling all of his business affairs including the funds from this campaign as he works hard to get back home soon.
