Yvie's fight

Yvie had been cancer free since 2007. It's back and with a vengeance! Yvie is my mom and she is fighting Stage IV lung cancer. It's in both her lungs, the peritoneal cavity around her heart, in both hips and traveling down her legs. Cancer is not responding to the chemo and the Dr says her left hip is pathologically broken from the cancer. To make matters worse, she has double pneumonia. Last week they drained 1.6 liters from hey left lung, yesterday it was 1.5 liters from her right lung, and today, another liter from the left! That's a LOT of fluid! She was admitted to the hospital July 12 so at the time if writing this is day 10. She has insurance, but the deductables are going to be quite costly. Any assistance is appreciated!
