Jazz's Road To A New Kidney

As most know, Jazz is currently in Stage 5 Renal Failure & we are in the process of finding him a kidney donor. However, the out of pocket medical expenses are becoming more than we can afford. Jazz was hospitalized in November of 2016 when an E.R. visit for a pain in his side turned into a 10 day stay at Arlington Memorial. Our lives were immediately flipped upside down & things have not been the same ever since. With having Jazz disabled & unable to work due to dialysis 3 times a week & several physical restrictions we are working with very limited funds. We have been able to maintain up until now thanks to many close friends and family members. But now we are reaching out to you all for just a little more help. We are working on paying the out of pocket costs for Jazz's required dental procedures along with any additional costs that we may face here in the near future.
