hi my names shaun and I'm looking for help for my 45yr old brother that had a fall accident and got a traumatic brain injury leading to a craniotomy and shunt valve in brain he has had right skull removed and suffered left side paralysed he has been in hospital for a year and has just been discharged into a care home for further rehabilitation he his totally dependent on 247 care and will need certain things to help him recover further such as a voice box amplifier and a hand splint to help him try and gain his left side back and much more so even tho I have fought long and hard to get him to this stage I simply can't afford the other few bits he needs so any help would be greatly appreciated and mean alot to me and my brother it's been a long scary year and finally we are getting light back in our lives thank you for taking your time to read this
