<div>August 12th, 2025, tragically changed my family's life in the blink of an eye. In the early morning, a fire started by the porch, which quickly lit the whole thing up, along with the side of the house. <strong>All of our family's belongings are covered in water, ash, fiberglass insulation, and whatever chemicals are needed to put out a fire.</strong> My dad has worked for the community for over 20 years as a corrections officer, while my mom dedicated her life to navigating and supporting my sister and her disabilities. <strong>If you are able to donate while we figure out this trying time, we would be grateful.</strong> If you are not able to donate, we ask that you share this GoFundMe.
