Great news: i've been accepted for a 4-week writing residency at the Vermont Studio Center beginning in late October (whoo-hoo!)
VSC is an international artists' and writers' Residency Program, a woods-and-mountains haven, a writer's dream.
I was fortunate enough to receive a partial artist's grant but still need to raise $2000 in 4 weeks to cover the balance.
The New Press has been kind enough to let me take a month-long leave of absence from my job, but it is unpaid.
Your financial support would breathe life into this dream; it would mean everything. Won't you consider making a donation of $25 or more to this VSC adventure?

In May, i completed an MFA in Poetry & Literary Translation (yay!) and i'm excited for this residency to serve as the first of many formal post-MFA endeavors that will allow me to: hone my craft; contribute to the long, rich tradition of writer-as-activist; and dedicate sufficient time to stewing up radical literary treats.
Here is a sampling of some of my published works.
I've been developing towards my purpose and passion but i need your help for this part of the journey--
