Wake The Giant Challenge

Welcome to the 30 day WAKE THE GIANT challenge to hike Sleeping Giant Mountain in Hamden, CT. We have 22 dedicated friends committed to the challenge of hiking Sleeping Giant for 30 consecutive days (9/3/13 - 10/2/13). Each individual has donated $30.00 to take part in this event and collectively the team has already raised $660.00. The purpose of this challenge is to, as a group, collectively raise money for a bigger cause. We will be donating all the money raised from this challenge to the Make a Wish Foundation. It is an amazing charity that aims to "Grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy." Our goal is to spread the word of this challenge to family and friends to raise awareness and continue raising funds for the Make a Wish foundation throughout the 30 days. We greatly appreciate all and any donations to help our cause.
