Bob's medical bills

I am setting up this fund without the knowledge of my sister as she would be too proud to do it herself.
As many of her friends may already know her fur baby Bob is ill. I'm not sure that he knows though, as he still acts like a toddler.
Jodie is a responsible pet owner and had pet insurance for 7-8 years before the insurance company so kindly cancelled her policy within informing her.
She has been to the Ombudsman however the outcome was not favourable and is now in the process of seeking legal advice.
Not long after that Bob was diagnosed with heart failure and also started having seizures. On top of that he may now have a fungal infection in his nose.
Bob is not in any pain from his heart failure, nor does he know that he is having seizures so rest assured he is okay but just requires alot of medicine and quiet time.
Jodie is purely trying to make the rest of Bob's time here comfortable and happy. Remember this is Jodie's baby not her pet!
To date my sister has spent around $10,000 or more which by the way would be close to nothing if her insurance company hadn't cancelled her policy.
Bob's medicine alone is approximately $533.37 every 28 days (approx $20 per day) as she uses both eastern and western medicine. This does not include the necessary visits to test his liver or ICU visits that have been more frequent than we would like. These usually cost $500 or greater.
So, if you are able to help in any small way I know that she would be eternally grateful.
