"Well, the cat is out of the bag......As most of you already know, I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disorder when I was 15! It's extremely rare for a child to be diagnosed with it but, it is what it is! My type of disorder attacks my liver and tries to reject it. I have been in the hospital for about 3 weeks now fighting as hard as I can to get well! Today I was officially added to the liver transplant list of Louisiana with a score around 28/30 (that's a good score)! They expect me to get a new liver relatively fast. Surgery normally takes 4-6 hours and then we have to make sure I don't reject the liver! I am fighting a little infection right now but, it's nothing I can't overcome! I have a wonderful family, friends, co-workers and prayer warriors that have been nothing but supportive ad extremely helpful!!! I'm not in the clear just yet....I still need a new liver BUT, were on the right track! I'm going to need all of the prayers I can get so keep flooding me with them! I have a lot of living left to do.
