CANCER KNOCKS ON PEYTONS DOOR

My son Peyton was diagnosed with Chordoma Cancer on May 30 after a tumor was discovered from an MRI. He was transported to Northside Forsyth Hospital to determine his need for surgery. They in turn transported him to Emory for spinal surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. Long story short, after decompressing the spine and spinal chord through surgery he still has a significant amount of the tumor remaining in the left side of his neck. This has resulted in the need for specialized Protobeam Radiation done in Jacksonville, FL. for 7 - 8 weeks Monday thru Friday. He will need to secure a place to live in FL while keeping up his apartment and other bills here in Cumming. His income has dwindled to 60% of his pay which is not enough to keep up with his expenses in one place much less two. Not to mention added medical bills left after insurance. I am asking for help to make this journey as financially painless as possible. His stay in the hospital for 11 days amounted to over 100K. We appreciate your support and help so his journey will be successful so he can be assured he can follow through with this necessary radiation therapy with less worry financially.
