We Lost EVERYTHING In Fire

As many as you know, Kelowna had suffered huge fire Saturday July 8, 2017, where a condo that was under construction was completely destroyed by fire, as were some other structures in the area of this Six Storey Condo called The Water’s Edge. There were more then 130 residents in the area that were evacuated and also displaced. I was one of those displaced evacuees that is now homeless and my name is STEVE SHORTT. I was at work when the fire was happening and had no idea until I got off work 12:40 P.M. when I looked at my cell phone and got several voice mail messages from my room mate Ronda, crying saying that our home was just wiped out by a massive fire that started next door, that had spread to our place, and that they we have absolutely nothing left, that it is all gone!  I raced back to the area where I could see the burnt shell of what was left of my home and stood in disbelief, slowing thinking, all I now owned, was the clothing that I wore to work and the cell phone that I held in my hand. That was it. All of my personal belongings we all gone. While those items can all be replaced, unfortunately, my laptop was also inside where I had all my information and pictures stored that was all gone too, that is the part that will be the irreplaceable item that I will never get back. Myself, like many, did not have insurance, (which was mainly due to the cost and also due to thinking that it was a waste of money, and that I would never need it ), so I literally have absolutely nothing Kelowna, and I really need your help!  I literally have to start over, and every Dollar you could help me with would be so greatly appreciated. I also have two dogs; Farah is my 6 year old Border Collie and Jessy is my 7 year old Husky.  If anyone could help provide me with beds & toys, that too would be appreciated as they lost their belongings too. I am a hard working, non smoking/drinking individual, who just happened to live in the area where the fire started, and the chances of going to work and finding out after work that your place is completely destroyed by fire are probably a billion to one, lets face it. PLEASE HELP ME START MY LIFE OVER AGAIN, THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME IN READING MY STORY.
