Tracy Hildreth

At the end of 2016, Tracy was taking care of her father as he transitioned. She put her health on hold to be his primary caregiver. In January 2017, she could no longer ignore her health as she could no longer stand the excruciating pain. She scheduled her hysterectomy, and in March 2017 had the surgery. Our worst fears were confirmed. She has been diagnosed with Stage 3a ovarian cancer and her specific type of cancer is not responsive to traditional treatments like chemotherapy. She is in the process of awaiting acceptance into some experimental programs and will need additional monies for labs, ultrasounds and  scans. Tracy's father passed away the day after she returned to Del Rio folowing her surgery. This has been a challenging time for her and her family, however, Tracy is remaining positive and is facing this head on.
