BLESS AND BE BLESSED

I went on my first missions trip in July for a week along with 2400 missionaries @missionsme for OneNationOneDay along with my Metro Tab family and experienced HIS GLORY rain on July 20 in Colon, Honduras. YES, A Nation Can Be Saved in A Day!!!! My heart is still there... and I'm boldly declaring Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life! We went into the schools and the streets and watched as peace and healing swept through the crusade! If you have never been you have no idea how blessed we are here in the United States! Things we take for granted like unlimited supply of water and electricity, take those away and imagine the difference, next the food supply, when we are hungry we simply choose what and where to go, for most of us eating out is a lifestyle, think if we had to ration out one of our meals to make it last a week for our family. The newspapers and postmen, police and firemen these are not a phone call away for help. Schools with no paper and pencils, children wishing they could go to school and learn but their families don't have the money to let them. They have dreams just like us!! We are going Back to help .. Why?? Because GOD says so!!! Please help me get back to Honduras in October for a follow up with the fire that is started within them. As you know, a year ago I would have argued with you if you had told me I would be going on mission trips abroad. My next destination is Dominican Republic in February. My friends at Dare for More ministries are involved in helping victims of sex trafficking. These women are learning trades to free themselves and their children from the horrible lifestyle they have been imprisoned. There are missionaries that have been sharing Christ and working with these ladies and children to show them another way of life. It's dangerous!!! Could you imagine having to let your 8 year old daughter be sold off to a ring of sex traffickers? They have been teaching them how to make jewelry, clothes and opening safe houses for women and starting schools for the children. They are opening a salon, and I'm blessed to be able to help them teach hair cutting and color skills to change not only their lives but generations to come, it's a domino effect. I know God has blessed me with a talent and the background in platform education for this purpose, to share my passion with others and help change their lives by showing them Christ! This is from the trip to Dominican .. We got to share Jesus love in the Haitian village ! We were loving on the women and children at New Hope academy for girls and a women's safe house, bringing beauty up from the ashes !!! Praise God for letting me be a light for him ! There's a lot of photos I can't share because of the safety of these people ... Please keep DR in your prayers ! Human trafficking must be stopped!!!
