Jessica Lode is a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister and aunt. She has a 10 month old daughter and two step sons that she loves. On 12/20/2017 Jessica was at work and suffered a sudden and unexpected stroke. She had a blood clot in her brain that has caused her left side of her body completely unusable. She is currently in the critical care unit. Jessica is 33 years old. Her husband, Jesse Lode, is now the sole income for the family and Jessica has months of recovery ahead of her.
She has had to stop breastfeeding her 10 month old daughter due to the medications she had to receive in order to save her life.
Jessica is a champion shooter, marathon runner, and avid outdoorswoman who typically has every week filled to the brim with activities that keep herself and her family active. This explosive change to their lives not only hinders her extremely active lifestyle to render it nothing like it was, but it also puts a financial burden on their young family.
