Van For My Handicapped Brother

This is my brother Mark, he was diagnosed with Kennedy's disease over Christmas. This is a muscle debilitating disease that is very hereditary, both of my uncles had it. Women are carriers and generally not susceptible to the disease. I will include a link about it after I make this post. But right now we need help.
Mark has been getting treatments and Care at the U of M, but we have a problem with him getting into cars they're just too low. The last two times they sent a car instead of a van and he had to cancel his appointment at the U. It is very important for him to make these appointments or they will drop him.
So this is what I'm asking for, and believe me I really hate to ask. I love my independency and the reliability to get by on our own. I'm looking for a minivan or a van or even a pickup that he can get in and out of. As cars are too low. Any donation can help.
I figure I can get probably $800 out of my car.
We don't need anything special, just a way to get him to his appointments.
