Hi my name is Fredpuddin I am a 2yr old shih tzu, I am adored and loved by everyone I meet and I am in need of extensive medical care to help me be pain free and get back home to my mum who is devastated without me.

I have been diagnosed with hydrocephalus cyst and will have to have an operation which will be in the excess of 9k+. I have insurance but has already been used for my MRI and ICU stays. My mum doesn't like to ask for help so I am asking for her for any help with my medical bills. We would be forever thankful.
