42yr brother had a stroke

My 42yrs brother had a stroke on February 7, 2020. We didn’t find out until the 21st. After about 4 weeks of being in the hospital in Mesa, AZ he was transferred to a rehabilitation hospital. I speak with him often and some days he’s happy and some days he just cries and cries. So this is where my family needs help. We live in Las Vegas, NV and he’s in Mesa, AZ. We need financial assistance for my mom and myself to see my brother out there. He’s all alone out there. The money will send me and my mom out there every 2-3 weeks for the next few months. They finally put him in a wheel chair, but he has no muscle strength in his left arm and leg. He can’t even bathe himself or use toilet.
