Lila and Amber's road to Recovery
Donation protected
On Saturday, Aug 29th
A Pierce County Sheriff's Department
Deputy and an off duty Tukwila Police Department Officer are credited with saving the life of a 11-year-old little girl. Just after 5 PM yesterday crews were dispatched to a rear end motor vehicle collision at the 8200 block of 224th St E in #Graham. The vehicles erupted into flames shortly after the collision. Both officers courageously used a fire extinguisher to knock down the flames, broke the back window out, and cut the seatbelt to save the unconscious girls life before the flames consumed the vehicle. #ThankYou

From Amber:
"Thank you for all of your kindness during this time, we have been very fortunate and we thank GOD for another day. My child and I have been recovering in the recent weeks.
That being said, there is no insurance policy for the at fault driver. We would like to ask for support to get us back on our feet until I can get back to work which will be after I am recovered from last weeks surgery.
Please give the other people involved your blessing and grace. Any negative comments or attacks against the other people involved will be deleted.
We forgive, as we also have asked for forgiveness."
I'm working with Amber directly for this Go Fund Me. Bills are piling up and Amber is unable to work right now. There is ZERO insurance money available for all the medical bills, house payment, misc bills and food. With no income coming in and being a single mom the stress can be a lot! Even the smallest donation can mean so much. Thank you for the prayers and donation to my friend Amber!~ Kori
