College Fund

I am 17 years old, have worked hard to graduate high school with a 4.17 GPA, and got accepted into Cal Poly SLO. Unfortunately, even after taking out every loan I could possibly take out, I don't have enough for the dining plan (which they require, there's no "opt out"). I haven't heard from any scholarships yet, and the due date for the initial payment is July 12th (the day before my birthday). I'm in desperate need for help and appreciate anything... The initial payment is $2,125. I don't like asking for help, but I want to be an architectural engineer. This has been my dream. Thank you guys. I love you, and thanks for the constant support.
