This little guy is my baby brother, now mind you this picture was taken 35 years ago. Over the last 4 years my brother has fought so hard to just live life. He was diagnosed with renal failure and had to go to dialysis 3 days a week, 8 hours a day. Three weeks ago they found his kidney had been bleeding and they had to go in 2 times to stop him from bleeding to death. On June 29, 2017 my brother requested his wife call 911, he was having chest pains. The ambulance rushed him to Soin hospital and once there they did a cat scan and determined he had a very large aortic aneurysm. So they rushed him to Kettering hospital for emergency surgery. They took him to surgery close to midnight and said the surgery would take 6-8 hours. They took David to surgery and got him sedated, began the procedure and his heart ruptured. They did everything they could to save him. At 1:23 am on June 30,2017 I lost my best friend, my baby brother and the one person I could always depend on. God took him by the hand and led him to Heaven. Due to my brothers lengthy Illness he had no life insurance and his workmans comp claim in now void because he didn't sign the papers yesterday before he died. So for all the pain and suffering he endured from being hit by a fork lift at Beir (formally Chrysler) he lost his $25,000 settlement. We aren't asking for much, just enough to give my brother a viewing and cremation. Any amount will help. Even if it's only one dollar.
