Support For The Garriss Family

Donation protected
On May 31st Allison was driving on the highway when she began experiencing shortness of breath, extreme dizziness, the sensation of falling over, and nausea. Thankfully she was able to get off the road and call 911. That began a series of ER visits, doctor's appointments, and specialist referrals. It was determined to be a mini stroke (TIA), putting her at risk for a larger scale stroke without proper treatment. While recovering Allison was also let go from her job.
To say that this has been a rough stretch for this family is an understatement. They are emotionally, physically, and financially drained by this string of events. Recovery has been hard for Allison, with frequent periods of mental confusion and exhaustion, while still having to care for her almost 3 year old son. Anyone who knows the Garriss family can attest that they are givers, not receivers. Allison and Matt would and have dropped everything to help out those in need, and admitting to even close family and friends that they're struggling is extremely difficult for them. Any help would be so greatly appreciated for this amazing family to get back on their feet and on the road to recovery. If you cannot contribute financially but would still like to help, meals would also be a great help. Thank you!
