Mother Being Put Out On The Street

Donation protected
2 months ago my mother and I found out that the apartment we've been living in for the past 5 years has an illegal set up and we were forced by the court to take our front door off so that our apartment and the other 2 upstairs would be connected as one big apartment, because of a zoning law the house is supposed to be a 2 family house not 6 apartments. We went to court and it was decided that we could either be kicked out in 2 months or sign one lease and stay as one "family". We decided amongst ourselves and the other tenants that we would stay only to get shafted by one of the other tenants leaving us high and dry without anyone to fill the other spot. Still living without a front door and no real privacy we weren't letting that bring us down.

Fast forward to now we come to find out our landlord wants to move in and he is using the courts decision to kick us out after 2 months to his advantage so that he can get all of us out and do work on the apartment for when he wants to move in so he decides to take us back to court. I end up negotiating with him before hand saying we need more time at least a month to save up the money and find a place so that we can move, he has me pay him an entire months rent saying he wants to work with me and my mother and let us stay a little longer and that the judge will definitely agree to let us stay.

We go to court today (6/28/17) only to find out that he is not going to try and work with us that he wants us out so he can start doing the work now on the apartment and the judge decides we've had 2 months to find a place and that if we haven't now we won't in the extra month that we requested (even though we have thought this entire time we were going to stay) so he issues us a 72-hour period to get all of our stuff out and vacate the premises.

Now being without any money or any extra time to come up with the money to move out we are being screwed out of our home with no money for the first month + security to move into a place we are going to be put out on the street. My mother is 63 years old, anyone who has met her will tell you she is one of the most genuine people who would give you her last dollar or the shirt off her back if it meant it would help and now I am asking for just a little bit of help from the internet, please don't allow my mother to be without a home. $1, $2, anything helps and I know to some of you it's not your problem but my mother means everything to me and it hurts more then anything to see her have to go through this especially at her age. Please find it in yourself to help out with anything you can I promise it can go such a long way. Here's to having my fingers crossed that I never have to see my mother in a homeless shelter. Thank you for taking the time out to read all of this it honestly means the world to me.
