Dear Family and Friends,
My husband, Pete, was recently diagnosed with leukemia. We were all shocked when we heard the news. Now reality has set in and his battle with this terrible disease has begun. Pete is very positive and extremely optimistic that he will come out victorious. His cancer treatments have just begun and the doctors and nurses are top notch. His hospital stays and chemotherapy treatments will continue for about 8 months at which time we will begin the process of planning for a bone marrow transplant. I share this with you because I want you to keep Pete in your prayers. As you can imagine, cancer treatment is extremely expensive! If you are able to donate any amount, this will help us significantly in covering the costs of continuing his treatments.
