Ecuador Glacier/Mountaineering Training

Hi all.
I am writing today to ask on bended knee for $10, $20, $100. Whatever you can donate to me to make this training possible.
It is a 10 day training with the Colorado Outward Bound School taking place in Ecuador in December. We will be working in rope teams traveling across glaciers to climb a volcano. The objective of this training is to allow me to hone my skills in this realm and be able to confidently lead students through similar, if not the same, terrain.
My goal since I was 14 years old was to be an Outward Bound instructor in Alaska. This summer, I was given the opportunity to open up a "base camp" (aka the 1967 Dodge Motorhome) in Alaska and pilot 15 day Backpacking courses in the Chugach on the Kenai. I successfully instructed 2 15 day backpacking courses with incredible students. Because Outward Bound had such a successful summer in Alaska this year, we are expanding our program to run SIX patrols in the field next year. I hope to be an instructor for the MOUNTAINEERING courses that we are going to pilot and to do this, I need to attend the training in Ecuador which will set me up to have the institutional technical skills I need to be qualified for the staffed position.
There are only 12 spaces available for this training. I was hand picked for it by the admin team here at the Leadville Colorado Outward Bound base camp. I was unable to attend last year because I couldn't afford it.
I never ask for money. I usually live out of a backpack. And live simply. I don't spend the incredibly little amount of money I make by instructing courses here at Outward Bound frivolously. I simply, can't afford to go. I have never had more than $1500 in my bank account at one time. I enjoy living this way because of the impact I have on each student that comes on course with me. It certainly isn't about the money. I make about $1200 for instructing a 15 day course and if you were to think about it, I have 12 students lives in my hands for 24 hours a day for 15 days straight. I should get paid more to be able to afford to continue my institutional trainings.... but, that, unfortunately is not the reality of the Outdoor Education Industry.
Long story short. Plane Ticket from AK-Quito, Ecuador = 1400.00
Staff Training= $425 My Budget = $3,000 for 2 months(+) spent in Ecuador.
I plan on staying in Ecuador after the training with a couple of the members from the training to continue climbing more objectives. My plan is to stay at least another month, post training. This brings me back to Alaska sometime in February to tell the stories of survival.
