40 hour famine for Simunye

Every year a group of Year 11 Students, Staff and Parents from my School raise funds and travel to South Africa to volunteer in communities that desperately need support. Our Vision is to empower ourselves with the realisation that we can be a dynamic force for positive change in the world as well as to support organisations and individuals that are already working to improve the lives of underprivileged communities in South Africa. I will be giving up food for 40 hours on the 7-8th April .
