4 THIRD WARD STRAYS IN CRISIS NEED HELP —2 IN HEAT

HOUSTON, TX: ANOTHER DOG IN NEED CRISIS IN 3rd WARD: 2 STRAY FEMALE IN HEAT & 2 MALES LIVING ON THE STREETS NEED RESCUES, FOSTERS & DONATIONS STAT
Valentine’s Day is around the corner and I have simply been heartbroken ever since I laid eyes on these 4 poor forlorn souls surviving at a dilapidated shotgun house in Third Ward yesterday. Please help me help them. I am embarrassed to constantly ask for help and $$, but this poor pack has not stopped haunting me. I came across the little Shepherd girl while helping Janice Blue search for her missing dogs. She was with a sweet little white dog that has now been AWOL for a week per Shorty, a man in the neighborhood that I met yesterday while feeding the famished four. After being paralyzed by fear of not being able to do anything for the initial two and then eaten up by guilt, I decided to drive by yesterday and check again as my previous drive by was fruitless. There are 2 females in heat that need help and to be spayed ASAP —we cannot afford one more unwanted litter in this city or leaving them to become feral or worse stolen from their mommas by hoodlums to be sold for bait. The 2 boys are also sweet although beat up because of the two girls in estrus. None of them can be left behind and need our help. I fed them 8 cans of dog food and none exhibited any aggression towards each other. I am not expecting any rescue to take all 4, but if one rescue could take one each, it would be 4 lives saved. I am pleading for donations for these poor dogs and will refund them if nothing comes out. I just cannot sit and not try. I think a minimum of $250 per dog is what needs to be raised at least to even just cover the basic vetting. I am giving myself until next Tuesday, 2/19/19 at which time I will take them to BARC if no one has stepped up. I am begging from the bottom of my heart for help for these poor sweethearts. Please share far and wide and all my gratitude for considering helping them when there are sadly so many in need.
