4 people and 5 pets displaced after crash

At around 4:30pm on Saturday the 27th a drunk driver going over the speed limit ran a red light causing a collision with two other vehicles and then proceeded to crash into the front of our house. Four people are currently displaced including myself, four kittens and a dog. Our insurances contracting agency hasn’t gotten back to us after FOUR days of waiting for an engineer to ok the construction. There’s been bad weather including snow and the stability of our house has weakened in this time. The contractor has been ignoring calls and won’t give us any clear answers on what is happening. To make matters worse red cross has only given a tiny sum of money to somehow cover hotel fees for who knows how long. All of us work full time jobs and are currently in a nightmare scenario as we wait to hear back from the contracting agency. Anything would be greatly appreciated and any extra money from the go fund me will be donated to a local charity.
