4 The Luv of Luna Cat Rescue

4 The Luv of Luna is a non-profit, no-kill, volunteer run shelter. Barb Potter (operator) and the volunteers work countless days and nights taking care of cats/kittens that have been dumped and abandoned. They take in as many cats as they can, trying to find forever homes for the "adoptable" ones and keep the feral ones content with food and shelter to live out their life at the rescue.

Barb and volunteers work strictly out of pocket and with donation money. We are so grateful for our supporters and donators however, it can get quite costly with shelter upkeep, cat/kitten  visits to the vet for vaccinations, etc.TNR programs for spaying and neutering the cats/kittens and food and litter is a must!

We implement a TNR (trap, neuter, release) program which focuses on correcting the major problem with cats, their reproduction cycle!! TNR allows us to spay and neuter the cats and return them back outside. Cat overpopulation is at an all time high!
