Joy Strother, tragically passed away suddenly at the age of 46 from a stroke. Joy leaves behind her husband, Keith and their 2 amazing children, Lee, who is 12, is in 6th grade and is special needs and Kim, who is 10 and is in 4th grade.
Joy and her family recently moved to Clearwater, Florida to pursue a new career opportunity. They were looking for a new home when this tragedy struck. Keith and their kids are currently living in one room, while he attempts to find a place for his family to live and at the same time trying to help the kids comes to terms with what has just happened. In addition, Keith is trying to take care of Joy's final arrangements and getting his kids situated with a new school.
We are hoping to help Keith, Lee and Kim by providing enough funds to cover the huge medical bills incurred to provide care for Joy before she passed. We would also like to use these funds to assist with rent and for after school care, as Keith's new job has him working into the evenings.
Any help that you provide to this family is tremendously appreciated. We want these kids (and Keith) to be able to get through this horrific time without having to worry about whether they will have a place to live or have food on the table.
