"This is the last post I ever wanted to make but you all know that I am open and honest to a fault. Most ou have heard the news by now: today I received confirmation that my cancer has returned, now it has metastasized to my bones. It is not bone cancer. It is breast cancer that is in my bones. This means its stage IV breast cancer. In the text books it is terminal and incurable, but as you know there is a higher power that I believe has the final say so. I have a great team of doctors that will continue to work very hard to get this cancer out of my body. I will continue to work and live a normal life for my children. I ask for nothing but prayer and nothing but prayer for me and my family. I will try my best to keep everyone update. I love you all!!"
Those who know someone who has battled cancer or is a survivor themselves, understand the large cost even after insurance coverage, grants, and medication co-pay discounts.
