New Scooter For Ms. Shela Strother

I was headed home from work when I saw Ms. Strother & Ms. Bryce parked on the highway facing traffic the wrong way. Ms. Strother requires an electric scooter for mobility & she's had her's for only a month. Her scooter fell off the ramp while travelling down the highway & has been damaged beyond repair. Lets pull together like a good west Texas community should & replace Ms. Strothers scooter. I can't tell you folks how disappointing it was to see all these people hauling butt by & not stopping to help. Please donate what you can if you can.
