Operation hope For Dale Hatton

I am setting up this gofundme for DALE HATTON. Dale is in need of help with his surgery coming up. IMAGINE that. A man that helps all he can. IS IN NEED !!!! This surgery is of great importance to clear his nasal passages and get rid of poylups. Its causing headaches and bringing a good man down.
