Dodges emergency procedure

My name is George, and this is for my Service Dog "Dodge".

Dodge is my Service Dog, and has lost almost all use of his back legs suddenly.
Dodge needs several procedures done to save what mobility in his legs he has left, and preserve his health.
Dodge also needs to go to a Neurologist to have an MRI done. Dodge's liver is enlarged, and needs to have a biopsy of it taken.
Dodge was one of the happiest dogs you would ever see, he always smiles, always has a wagging tail, and always happy to se you.
Now Dodge lays on his bed most of the time, the tail doesn't wag anymore, the smile has left, and he rarely lifts his head to look up.
It's as if all the joy of life has been taken away from him.
I served Many years In the United States Marine Corps, deploying several times in combat. life was not easy for me to live after coming home. so i decided to get a dog to help me.
I rescued Dodge from a local adoption agency 5 years ago, we went to Obedience school for just over 2 years together. We bonded quickly, and have been inseperable ever since.
We go everywhere together. Dodge made going out, and living a normal life possible again, and he loved doing it, he was always so proud when I put his Service Vest on him, Its like he really knew that he was helping me.
Now its my turn to help him, he has always been there for me, and I have to do whatever it takes to get that smile back, and tail wagging again.
Dodge knows nothing but unconditional love, and to see him so sad like this is very heartbreaking.
I've used all of my savings, and have maxed out my credit cards to get him the help he has recieved so far. I'm doing all the overtime at work I can get, and have sold personal items to get money for his tests, and procedures he needs, sadly its not enough. I have never been one to ask for help, but I have no problem humbling myself for him.
Dodge is also PetSmart's 5 millionth adoption, we have a video on youtube you can watch. Dodge has a new mommy since the video who has helped as much as she can too. Our family is devistated over this sudden health scare.
Dodge can use all the help he can get, any donation is greatly appreciated, all of his treatments will be done at the "Calusa Veterinary Center" here in the town we live in. Calls can be made there to verify his srevices are being done.
