Hi it's Karen Machuca. There are children living in a crisis situation. They were living in fear and now their living conditions have gone from bad to worse. Some have been torn from their parents and they need your help.
I'm asking for your help because I've witnessed this urgent need in our own back yard. It's happening right here in the U.S.A., not in a third world country.

The Nora Sandigo Children's Foundation is on a mission to save American children born to immigrant families. These kids come from families whose father has been deported and are left with a mother that is living in fear and with no means of support. No legal documents, no license and oftentimes no roof over their heads. You can help change their lives.
Their need is urgent and heartbreaking!
Your $$ will help provide food, clothing, shelter and supplies to these families that are in dire need.
Nora does ongoing work to help
Washington D.C. to lobby Congress to change the laws and protect U.S. children. She hopes seeing to soften the hearts of our Congressmen and help pass laws to let these families stay together.
Nora's Sandigo's Children's Foundation is based in Miami, but helps children from across the country and families throughout the world. Their mission is to provide the bare necessities to these needy families with small children that are at risk. Nora and her volunteers make deliveries of food, clothing and home supplies often giving shelter as needed. Nora herself, now holds legal guardianship to 1,000 children.
Right now, we are asking for $20,000 but we need much more than that. Any additional money raised will be used to feed these children.
We desperately need your donation now!
The goal is to raise at least $20,000
